Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by sending an email to orders@secondglance.sg. Please include your order number and reason for return to expedite the process.

Our Team will reach out to you to coordinate the return pick-up. Please ensure that all items originally shipped to you are returned.

Upon receipt of the item(s), our team will inspect them for quality assurance. Items must be returned in the same condition as listed. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return.

Once the return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming the refund. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
